Leaders in a company have great responsibility and demand that needs to be fulfilled. As a result, they have a little time to spare for long training sessions. BPSDM DKI Jakarta recognizes this problem, however they still want the leaders to meet their learning needs, especially for Eselon II and Eselon III (Eselon refers to the rank or level of an Indonesian Civil Servant in a structural position).

The solution is using microlearning with short topics that can be learned in-between tight schedules. This also means content is personalized to suit each of their learning style and learning speed, making them comfortable to learn in their own way. The selected microlearning topics are: Stress Management, Risk Management, Coaching & Mentoring.
