    We use the Moodle platform as the primary foundation for our LMS. We offer two LMS solutions: Cloud-Based (SaaS) and On-Premise. The Cloud-Based LMS is a subscription-based system that is ready to use right away. Meanwhile, the On-Premise LMS can be fully customized (features, appearance, and integrations) to align with the specific identity and needs of the client.

  3. Are there LMS solutions ready for small-scale business/organization?
    Yes, we provide Software as a Service (SaaS) through the Cloud-Based LMS, which are ready-to-use LMS solutions for clients wanting to implement online learning quickly without a long development process.

    • Cloud-Based LMS: 7 business days.
    • On-Premise LMS: 4-8 weeks, depending on the project scope.

    SUNEDU ID provides a flexible revision policy:
    • 3-Month Warranty: Free minor revisions (e.g., typos) for 3 months after the project handover.
    • Original Source Files: After the project handover we will send the original project files so clients can make small edits independently.
    • Major Revisions: For major changes (such as adding new content or altering the material storyboard), we are ready to assist with the rework at a special rate exclusive to our loyal clients.

      • On-Premise LMS: We do not provide data storage. All data will be stored locally on the client’s own servers.
      • Cloud-Based LMS (SaaS): We offer flexible server locations, including local Data Centers (Indonesia) to comply with government regulations (such as PP PSTE), as well as global servers (AWS/Google Cloud) based on the client’s preference.

    Absolutely. SUNEDU ID doesn’t just provide plugins — we also offer installation services directly on your Moodle server or hosting environment.     Why should I use a plugin instead of directly modifying Moodle’s core code? Many LMS administrators assume that hardcoding changes directly into Moodle is faster and more flexible. In practice, however, this approach creates serious problems in the long run. Here’s why:
