Consistent training sessions are difficult to maintain with various departments and geographic locations. The evaluation of effectiveness and impact of conventional training can be inconvenient without a proper integration system. Adira Finance realizes the urgency to handle this problem.

Blended Training
In the midst of COVID-19, Adira Finance needed a medium to help branch office employees escalate their skill development. Combining microlearning content and in-house online training was the perfect solution at that time. But after entering the post-pandemic period, in-house training was done offline.
Employees learn the materials independently and flexibly through microlearning content. Then in offline training sessions, in-depth discussion and collaboration activities will be held with professional instructors. This program makes the learning experience more customized in terms of employees’ time and learning style, which can raise training effectiveness.
